Heyyyyyy!!!! It's dope that you are here, welcome to your healing journey. Prioritizing yourself can indeed feel strange at times, but it's a crucial step towards healing and growth. Everyone deserves to be a priority in their own life, and to embrace all the good things that come their way. It's about recognizing our own worth and taking steps to nurture ourselves. Self-ish is never selfish

A Message From Deanne
Healing, whether it's physical, emotional, or mental, often takes time and patience. It's a gradual process that requires consistent effort, self-care, and support from others. Like a marathon, it's about pacing yourself, setting realistic goals, and persevering through challenges. Rushing through healing can sometimes lead to setbacks, while taking it step by step allows for deeper healing and growth.
